Lucky Hailey in Rome!

I wish I was an 18 year old living in Rome for the week.  Lucky girl.  She's seen more of the world than most adults.  What amazing opportunities God has laid at her feet.  I know she's feeling blessed and I'm feeling equally grateful as her mom...plus I'm pretty excited about living in Europe for a month and cruising the Greek Isle and seeing Greece and Italy in 5 months!

She barely has been out of bed for a week with this awful flu and she’s able to pull off getting a gold medal at the state competition (issma). Wow, Shelb! 🎉

This flu stinks!

Two girls down.  Crazy high fevers.  I’m ready to air out and clorox the house and declare spring is here! 😫

A nice, semi relaxing weekend (finally!) but the germs hit yesterday. Ugh!

Love relaxing weekends.  We never get them.  A couple movie nights, a date night, canceled activities.  Love it!  But don’t love the germs invading.  Poor Shelb.  Down with fever.  Hard for her to shut down bc she’s so busy.  Springs needs to get here ASAP!

The great Bloomy flood! Yikes!

In one week we’ve gone from snow and -10 to 65 degrees to tornado watches and warnings to torrential downpour and flash flooding.  Never seen anything like it over the course of a week in  February.  It definitely felt like Noah and the ark today. I almost couldn’t get home without a boat!  Only in Indiana!
