We finally pulled off one bday party for the year! (we are forever behind!) Yay, double digit 1/2 bday, Ash!  Those girls flamingled late into the night but had a great time! 💃💗🎉

Happy 19th to my German green baby!

Well pinch me now, my little green st paddy’s baby is 19!  The last year before 20. For some reason that feels really old. And makes me feel really old. Love that girl so!  And overwhelmingly proud of who she is. I’m always sad on this day a little bc she’s almost always many miles away. But I know she’s out their living her life and happy so that brings me joy.  Love you, Hays!  It’s been a breeze being your mom for 19years.  Thanks for joining our fam (like you had a choice 😂)! ☘️🍀💚 Alles Gute Zum Geburtstag! 🇩🇪🥳

Making the best of a sick spring break 🥰

Well, we are on our way home...making the long 2 day trek back to gloomy Bloomy. 😢👎

In spite of being quite sick myself, Kev working mostly, and us being scattered around the world and Florida, I think we made the best of our spring break.

Kev got lots of work done, I got some of my volunteer computer work done (and definitely had my feet up more than I thought I would...mostly bc I was too dizzy to walk 😢) and I did get to venture out yesterday to see see my sun, beach and palm trees. 🎉 It was better than nothing!☀️🌴. And Ash and Lo had the best time playing in Nina and pops’ pool and going on an airboat ride and seeing gators and going to butterfly world. Plus we got to see some of the extended fam which was great.  I’m sad we missed out on seeing friends (sorry Lein and Kim), big I just couldn’t drive or chance getting anyone else sick.  And Dyl had the absolute best time in the Keys swimming with manatees and parasailing and fishing and eating his own catch, etc. I think he still said one of his fav things was miniature golfing.  Go figure.  Lol!  We’ve only talked to Shelb once, but she sounds like she’s having an amazing time serving at the Guatemalan children’s home.  She’s been playing with the kids, painting and today I saw a pic of her holding a chicken!  lol!  I’m sure this trip has been life changing! ❤️  And our st pats baby is heading to Berlin tomorrow to tour the city.  What a fun bday weekend idea. Glad she’s soaking up more German history! 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪  It’s definitely been a weird spring break having us mostly split up and feeling like we only have 2 kids.  But I’m grateful we came down to Fl.  Thanks, Nina and Pops for a great visit! 😘😘. Now, to get thru two more months of school so we can enjoy summer!

In Fl with the flu 👎🤒

I had such high hopes for fun in the sun. Instead I’ve been mostly laid up in bed with a fever. But on the sunny side...Lo and Ash are having a great time in Nina and Pops’ pool, Dylan just swam with manatees in the Keys, Shelb looks like she’s having a fabulous time serving in Guatemala (from church fb pics 😬) and at least if I’m gonna be sick I can stare out the window and see sun and palm trees! ☀️🌴😎 Trying to make the best of it all!  And we are making great memories. Yesterday we surprised Ash with a trip to Clearwater Marine Rescue Aquirium to see Winter and Hope! 🐬🐬She loved it!❤️

Scattered for spring break!🌴☀️🤪

Well, hallelujah spring break is upon us here in Bloomy!  But the Stegs won’t be mostly together this week.  We’ve got one tall boy in the Keys with a friend already and one on her way to Guatemala for her first mission trip...one in Germany of course...and the rest of us our trekking through monsoon weather to get to Ft. Laud.  It’s so weird to have a half full van and have 3 of my babies gone.  It’s eerily quiet. But I’m not composing. Just praying for safe travels for all and sun across the FL border!  Because after another day of snow yesterday I need my FL sun! ☀️🌴

A Sunday at home in pjs.  Yay for that!  But a frustrating one still the same having to work on a huge project with Dyl.  And why does it need to snow in March?  Blah! 👎 Ready for spring break in one week!🌴☀️

Way to go Derby, B-ball Lo!

2nd in the pinewood derby at scouts last night and 2 baskets at his last game today!  He’s a lucky #2 guy!🏀🏎🎉❤️❤️
